Can I set up the morning of the event?
Absolutely, as long as you are ready to trade by 9am the day of the event.
Can I set up my stall the day before the event?
Yes, the site will be open for stallholders to set up between 12pm and 4pm the Friday before the event (16th April 2021).
What are the trading hours of the event?
9am to 3pm
What happens if I sell out of products before the trading hours have finished?
Please do not pack up before the trading hours have finished. If you sell out of products before 3:00pm we encourage you to have a process in place for taking Pre-Orders, handing out business cards or promotional material, and/or network with other stallholders. There will be plenty of food, drinks, and people to keep you entertained throughout the day.
What will happen if the event is unable to go ahead due to Covid-19?
We will act in accordance with government guidelines. If we re-entered Level 2 we would not go ahead. In this instance all payments will either be 100% refunded or used as credit towards the next event.
Can I have additional staff at my stall?
Does it cost the public anything to come and browse our products?
No, this is a FREE entry event with FREE parking.
When do we need to be packed up and off site by?
Please be packed up by 5:30pm. Remember to remove all rubbish from your site please.
Can I see the site map?
Yes, the site map will be sent out alongside the StallHolder Information Pack closer to the event.
Can I select the location of my stall?
In your application you can let us know any preferences you have and we will do our best to be accommodating.
If I am located outside do I need to bring a gazebo?
It is highly recommended just in case any product requires protecting from the elements however is not a requirement.
How large are the outdoor sites?
Is the standard indoor stall site 2.5m customer facing and 2m deep?
